This is my personal favorite mega form for LadyDevimon not to mention the most powerful. However there are two other forms which LadyDevimon could also digivolve into.

Deathmon
LD actually has an equal chance of either digivolving into Lilithmon or Deathmon.


Rosemon
Theoretically LD can also digivolve into Rosemon as well. I think this occurs when she digivolves wrong (think along the lines of Greymon digivolving to skullGreymon)
