Smiling At You

I’m smiling at you
but you cant see
from behind your pain
and sorrow. When
will you realize your
never alone?

I see it in you
and around you
you speaketh of joy
while you speaketh
of despair. Oh why
cant you cry?

Your trying to hard
your going to fast
if you don’t release
what will it bring?
Calm face to them all
yet your pain stays.

You continue on
your path of pain
convinced your alone
you smile to none
but please remember
I’m smiling at you.

I wrote this poem one very depressing day. What my muses were thinking I have no idea.
